Can you set up at a private home?
Yes. We need a flat, level area of the size we tell you in your quote and a standard power outlet within 5 metres. Outdoor areas such as a garden or deck work too, as long as they're covered.
Can you set up outdoors?
Yes, as long as the area is covered. For safety, we may pause outdoors in rain, strong wind or extreme heat.
Can we book a booth and a photographer together?
Yes. Many events pair a booth with photography or video. Tick each service on the enquiry form and we'll quote them together.
How do I lock in my date?
Send an enquiry with your date and venue and we'll send a quote, usually within one business day. Your date is secured once you pay a 30% deposit by PayID and we confirm in writing.
