When will we get our photos?

Edited photos are usually delivered within 7 days in an online gallery. Your quote gives the delivery time for films and larger packages.

Please download and back up your files, because galleries stay online for a limited time.

Do you photograph and film weddings?

Yes. We cover weddings from getting ready through to the last dance, with photos, a highlight film or both.

Can we get a custom quote?

Yes. If the packages don't fit your event or project, choose "Custom quote" on the enquiry form and tell us what you need.

Do you photograph team headshots?

Yes. Our Team headshots package is $450 for 2 hours at your office, with as many team members as fit in that time and edited headshots delivered in an online gallery.

Do you offer drone footage?

Drone footage is included in the Full Day package where the venue and location allow it.

Can we use the photos for our business?

You can use, share and print them for personal use. Commercial use needs our written permission, unless your quote includes it. Brand content shoots can include it, so just tell us how you plan to use them.

Do you travel outside Melbourne?

Yes. We're based in Melbourne and cover all of Victoria. Travel fees may apply depending on your location, and we include them in your quote before you book.

How do I lock in my date?

Send an enquiry with your date and venue and we'll send a quote, usually within one business day. Your date is secured once you pay a 30% deposit by PayID and we confirm in writing.

The balance is due on the day, before the booth or coverage starts. See the terms and conditions for changes and cancellations.
