What do you need to know about the venue?
Let us know about stairs, lifts, parking limits, loading times or venue rules in advance, so we can plan delivery and setup. You're responsible for any venue approval needed for our equipment.
Can you set up at a private home?
Yes. We need a flat, level area of the size we tell you in your quote and a standard power outlet within 5 metres. Outdoor areas such as a garden or deck work too, as long as they're covered.
Can you add our names or logo?
Yes. The 360 Signature and Ultimate packages include a custom branded overlay, and every Photo Booth package includes a custom overlay and, with Prints and All Night, a custom print design with your names, date, logo or theme.
How do I lock in my date?
Send an enquiry with your date and venue and we'll send a quote, usually within one business day. Your date is secured once you pay a 30% deposit by PayID and we confirm in writing.
